The very popular UpTheBrum Social in Birmingham is making a come back and the guestlist is already looking hot!

I'm not from the area, so don't know how big the spaces are.
There are plenty of NCP and some other parking places around though. Might be best checking a dedicated car parking website for the area if you are worried about it fitting. |

I think you can get a discount if you book in advance with NCP.
Just park site is useful and don't forget to check to see Birmingham clean air zone if you are driving so you don't get caught out.

It will be! Last proper time out was the Shrewsbury Social in Feb 20 just before lockdown. T is in remission for T-cell non-Hodgkins lymphoma - he had chemo & a stem cell transplant so was seriously vulnerable to Covid. He should be totally discharged next month so we’re starting to celebrate

I'm not sure it's bravery or shear bloody mindedness. I've never been good at socialising, but always hated that I wasn't, so I decided to change that and push myself to be the person I want to be.
I'll never be totally comfortable, but if I can get to the point it doesn't hold me back all the time and make me miss out on things I'd otherwise love to be involved with, I'll be a happy chappy. |

See that’s how I was pre-pandemic and being a solo woman it was still hard to go to the pub on my own but I’d suck it up and go. I guess I’m just lazy now hahahahaha hopefully this will get me back to the way I used to be |
