"Judging by the replies on here it doesn't seem like a fun event Im out lol x It’s a lot of fun but as with all things it’s what you make it, the organisers provide the venue and the guest list. You can then choose for it to be as quiet as you wish, sit in the corner for example or as fun as you wish, only you can decide that by how you choose to interact with others. I love that idea of people just doing their own thing with no big pressure or expectations. I’m going to bring a good book and look as inconspicuous as possible in my kilt. "Are you Scottish? We are checking with the owners and will get back to you ASAP. As you can appreciate this is not our decision but it will mean the ‘won’t have’ people will have to please graciously take themselves off the list as the bouncers won’t let you through the door - ‘can’t haves’ will of course be officially exempt so that’s that covered. Please don’t turn this thread into a vaccine debate. I am just trying to be upfront about the position early. Really sorry about all this but the law is the law. We will update ASAP.
