We're trying to arrange a small mixed group meeting and want it to go perfectly. We thought of a few pitfalls such as people not turning up ( which would obviousy have a big impact on a small group)
Accomodation is another stubling block- A hotel is an option but again what if noshows make it a folp and we're left holding a bill lol.
Does anyone with experience of arranging meets have any tips or advice -any 'Golden Rules' sort of thing that help ease the planning and get a good result. Any advice would be very welcome either here or in private message
