I want to but I have 2 kids aged 10 & 11. One broke bones in his wrist and is in a cast = no cycling as I run.
The other one can cycle beside me but doesnt want to. I could leave them at home and do laps of a local green....needs must. I am seperared, live alone with the kids. MrD cant be here at the moment either.
Frustrating as I was in gym 5 or 6 days, cardio and weights. Soooo miss it.

Run stairs or bottom steps
Heavy items as weights
Do laps in the garden |

The back garden is titchy...I would get mega dizzy!!! Lol
There are a few greens in my estate, can run around them. Got kettlebells a few week ago so I can do them, lunges, squats etc. All is not quite lost! Plus I got a brand new bike today...my 1st bike in oh so long. |

Oh please send me a bike picture. I love bikes I really miss nit being able to go out properly and ride my bike.
Local exercise is fine but not the same as a Saturday morning or Sunday morning just going out and not knowing exactly where you are going to go and just finding new routes. |

Kid that cant ride stick on a board and use as resistance and drag them along haha
You can make good use of what they have
Keep your mental well being up too
