How worthy I am is not something for me to decide necessarily - I leave others to decide that about me for themselves
How worthy I feel varies - I know I'm a decent bloke who tries to be respectful and considerate to others, even if I sometimes fail, but generally my self-worth is intact |

I feel I might just ramble if I attempt answering your questions now. Will give it a think when not tired.. bottom line for me is worth is an inner thing and I dont want it to be something reliant on others or being wobbled by absence of certain actions/words/things not in my control.. shit I'm rambling. I stop it there.  |

Do they really? I mean they can decide how much they need you or find you useful or productive to the world to them specifically. Is it wort_iness though.. and why would we hand its judgement to others who are as fragile and in some ways broken humans as we are. |

I honestly have no idea, I'm not sure how to judge it either.
I know there are people in my life who love me for who I am so to them I'm worthy and that's all that matters.
In a societal sense I'm not so sure, I try to be a good person and do my bit but I'm nothing special, I don't bring anything extraordinary to those I'm not close to. |

I like to think I’m worthy and now don’t base my sense of self worth on the opinion of others to validate it. I know what I’m worth, and strive to do all I can not to allow myself to be made to feel worthless in any way again xx |
