I (Luke) frequently have an afternoon nap. It does me a lot of good.
Apparently sleep cycles in adults last for about 90 minutes with sleep getting gradually deeper and then lighter. If you want to avoid feeling groggy after a nap it's best do do less than 20 minutes or wake up at around the 90 minute mark, otherwise you end up in the deeper depths of sleep it's much harder to pull yourself out of. |

"I’m sure Pink will be along soon. She’s a professional expert "
What he said, if it was an Olympic sport I’d get gold. Not just for napping but sleeping generally. I usually score above 80 for my sleep |

I have quite mild narcolepsy and I’m supposed to take Dexedrine for it but it can make my mood really low so I haven’t been taking it and cos I’m home in the days now I’m napping all the time. Doesn’t help that I do 12 hour night shifts either cos it’s making me feel groggy. |

I have for the past few days but mainly because I've been having trouble sleeping at night.
It's a vicious cycle. My body clock is all over the place at the moment |
