If watching TV, put a hat on each corner (or just one if on own) and every time a character in the programme appears to wear your hat take a drink

Everytime someone says anything at all on the telly have a shot.

Be careful though, this can lead to being wasted quick!

Admittedly this does require a range of drinks but.....compile a play list of songs featuring or about drinks...eg. tequila sunrise, one beer one whisky one bourbon etc....make yourself comfortable, hit shuffle and drink along

Watch the tiger King on Netflix, any time he does or says something totally self absorbed, then drink.
