and it got me wondering what youth cults/fashions people on here followed(if any) in their younger days?

I followed all sorts of trends, never with any real integrity, just because I wanted to be different, and cause a stir. I was a goth, a raver, punk, soon as every one else started doing it, I'd move onto the next one!! |

I still am, when you don't change the way you dress for 30 + years you also have the added bonus of being able to look back old photos and, instead of cringing over your ridiculous eighties looks, you can instead think "I wish I still had that shirt!" lol |

I was into the New Skool Skate Punk and Ska Punk stuff when I was at College and Uni
Baggie Jeans, Ruck Sacks Skateboards wallet on a chain and DC/Vans trainers listening to NOFX, Pennywise, The Offspring
The girls at the rick/punk clubs would all wear baggy jeans with underwear showing (usually boy pants) and tight vests and loved experimenting with other women - fun fun times! |
