most fundamental aspects |
I’m just home from my post work walk (did I get that bit right?)
I was along the beach, then a bit up the cliff path. Got awkward meeting a couple walking their dog going the other way. I was able to scramble up the bank to keep distance.

80 laps of the garden. We're fortunate that our garden is quite large, so that feels like being properly outside. I can't imagine how terrible it must be if you don't have access to a garden |

You should of saw Mr Bants thinking a 40 mile bike ride was a good idea, all smiles at the start and then calls for a SOS and told me about his broken arse that's in tatters in his own words |

Been stuck in working at home all day. Did get outside after my evening meal for a 10 minute walk - that's how long it takes to walk the length of the driveway and back to put my rubbish in the wheelie bin |

"I've travelled half the country today.
Roads were nice and clear though
That's showing off! Do the other half tomorrow, job half done"
Ha ha, it wasn't by choice
It was in the name of "essential work" |
