No but the company that I used to work for supplied them, quite a ruthless bunch even with suppliers. Maybe it's the nature of their business but I'll shed no tears. They usually had several hundred grands worth of outstanding payments to us alone so I suppose there will be some severe knock ons from it and I'm sorry about that |

I heard on watchdog program that bright house are a complete rip off. I saw last year they had a advert for a laptop available for £300, but after paying it all off, it was around £500. I'll be glad to see the back of those companies. |

"Yes, unfortunately not all of us are financially able to afford the essentials in one lump sum x
But you can get cheaper finance than what they charge, and they don't really sell "essentials" "
Not when you’ve got a bad credit rating. And my dryer is an essential for me x |

Angiebu, yes I know that that can be a pain for some people, not being able to buy in a single payment. However, what I saw on watchdog was how they charge excessive interest rates, and you have to insure the item as well. |

You see years ago we had companies like rumbelows and radio rentals who you could hire white goods off.
I honestly think that there is a gap in the market for these to return decent service and you could choose what you wanted.
Not like this bunch of cowboys.
What happens to their debts??
Sent to a roughhouse debt agency no doubt who will soon be knocking doors taking vital goods from people who need them. |

I sort of get where you're coming from, my washing machine has died a death, but I would sooner beg steal or borrow rather than pay their extortionate interest rates x |
