I lost my loyal and faithful companion of 12 years today, My little Yorkie Molly
I lost a treasured friend today
The little dog who used to lay
Her gentle head upon my knee
And shared her silent thoughts with me
She’ll come no longer to my call
Retrieve no more her favourite ball
A voice far greater than my own
Has called her to his golden throne
Although my eyes are filled with tears
I thank him for the happy years
He let her spend down here with me
And for her love and loyalty
When it is time for me to go
And join her there, this much I know
I shall not fear the transient dark
For she will greet me with a bark

I'm so so sorry for you. I have lost pets before so I totally understand how you are feeling today. I love your poem. Try to remember that she had a wonderful life with you. Time is the only healer in these circumstances but it will get easier for you. Sorry again. |

Sorry to hear about your loss. I lost my little companion Pepper to cancer a few months ago so understand how devastating it is. Hope the memories of your dear little friend will comfort you in times ahead.

So sorry to here that BIG ((( HUGS)))xx i know how that feel ..... xxx today we had 9 puppys our lad and could be 10 ... I still have her mum too and lost her Gran and named Dando after her who had the pussys today .. its my way of keeping her alive .. as was a very lovely dog and a friend never had a dog like her in my life and we have had alot over the years . |

Thats a lovely poem. sorry to hear about your little dog, my minature poodle died 14 years ago, and my sausage dog died 2 years ago, i think about them every day, even though we have got another little dog. Have you got any other pets? |
