Ernist Ranglin is my go to for sunny Sunday afternoons - the ideal fusion of jazz, ska and reggae. Check 'Below the Bassline' or 'Memories of Barber Mack' albums for some of his all time classic material.

Knife Man by AJJ
I wasn't sure about it at first but I listened to it a few times and now it's one of my favourite albums and wold strongly recommend it.
