well getting fitter at least 150 rows on rowing machine ,150 squats ,150 crunches , 30 reps 50 kg bench press ,15 bicep curls 10kg dumbbells , 15 shoulder shrugs with 50 kg bar now if you excuse me I am going lay down now can someone past me a drink of water and a Stella thank you  |
