The pain will get less each time you exercise as you get fitter.
I spend most of my life in the gym. You would not think it from looking at me. This woman at the gym said you should be slim the amout of exercise you do but im not. |

I lost a stone and a half just by having to walk the pooch since I decided to keep him as my own since Nov 08.
The weight is steady now, and I can eat whatever I like
I have also taken up cycling, mainly to give the pooch a good run from time to time for a couple of miles
The upside of cycling is that, it strengthened the muscles in my legs, especially the thigh ones, so I cannot complain! |

I spent most of my life playing sport, running etc and now await a knee replacement at 50, impact sport in any form really can be a fucker |
