I’m road running 2 miles to our nearest public playing fields and then doing circuit training.
I’ve found a perfect tree with an outstretched branch for pull ups.
Pull ups have been the hardest so far for me, I’m trying to increase by 1 more a day.
Today I managed 3 sets of 7!
I can remember doing sets of 50 when I was training in my 20’s.
It’s my own personal goal to get back to 50 before I go back to work...
At an increase of 1 per day I might be about right, 43 days to go |

With the gym closed I've had to do some jogging although it's not something I enjoy I feel a lot better afterwards. I don't own a bike, considering buying one but I don't have any woods close by.
Either laps of the park (daytime) or thru the town (nights). |

Currently I'm running for an hour, just as the weather has been nice and I want to be in the open.
As of the weekend it'll be cloudy, I'll run for 40 and do some pull ups on a tree, then press ups and kettle bell routine when I'm home. |

I'm on day 3 of RED lockdown. I'm running the same route every day to see what happens to my pace/mood/calves.
I'm doing a atleast 2 workouts a day too.
Working from home is boring, and I'm easily distracted. |

My work is massively physical so Im taking this time to have a little rest. Dragging my deckchair about to catch the best of the sun is about it for the moment. |

This week I've done an hour of zumba every morning and been for a walk after work. I don't enjoy it as much as swimming but I sadly don't have my own pool. |

"Where are folk getting one hour from?"
I was wondering that? Have new guidelines capping exercise to an hour been announced? The guidelines are once a day aren't they? |

"For the foreseeable future we are allowed 1 hour of freedom, (exercise)!
What have you done so far? My preffered option has been cycling although I have ran a couple of times. "
Some press ups, pull ups , squats and some skipping. Tried to hire a spin bike but no joy |

I didn't make that too clear.
I've seen loads of folk going on about their hour. Like it's yard time from prison |

Maybe some are confused with France? Their policy is one hours solo exercise outdoors per day. |

Skipping, stances , stretching , core lifts ,all in approx 45 mins but am totally knackered after them ,all intense bar the stretching ,and l find the morning is the best time. |
