Den of Iniquity

Do you think , we as a country will have learned that unity and caring and appreciation for others will increase , or will we just go back to ( some not all ) being selfish , self centred pricks ??

I hope it will be the former , but I have my doubts

On a mooch

Some will and some won’t.

There will always be people around that only think of themselves despite the consequences; just like there will always be caring and sharing individuals that think of others first.

Unfortunately it’s human nature and some just can’t / won’t change their ways

I never hold with the human nature argument.

If some will and some won't ..... which ones are following human nature ?

If it's the wills then why aren't the wont's ?

If it's the wont's then why won't the wills ?

Too much bandying of that phrase.

O.P.

No we won't be a wonderful society after Corona.

Famine, War and Plague have been with humanity since their inception.

We can handle is somewhat now and we will. Hence the jingoistic applause for the 'carers' last night. Link that to singing to soldiers in the war and you'll know where I'm coming from.

The N.H.S is underfunded , under resourced and understaffed so we give them a clap and after it's all over they won't even get applause let alone more dosh.

We will have HUGE recession soon. So we better all pull together a while longer.
