Even with in private turned on there is still a website data log
Settingssafariadvancedwebsite dataedit and clear all at the bottom from the previous page u can also clear cookies and browsing history and turn in the in private browser

Apple never lets you delete ANYTHING and you are tracked from the moment you turn it on until the moment you put it under you car tyre and reverse over it several thousand times.
