BBC Scotland done a documentary "question consent"
Covers rough sex like choking & slapping
Surveyed on people under 40, who have had much more exposure & access to porn.
71% of men have had rough sex, only 31% asked for content
38% of women fell like they were violated due to not being asked first.
Trust is a big part of consent. Your unlikely to trust folk you've just met.
What do you guys make of it? |

Why under 40 . Consent is common with over 40 too. Trust is hugely important . Im heavily into BDSM and I have to have trust or I dont play. Anything kinky should definitely be disguised especially if it borders on dangerous. X |

57% of men influenced by porn.
21% heavily influenced.
Porn sites are violating their own t&c's with uploaded videos from users. The language used in titles should be taking them down automatically.
Youngsters are using these sites & thinking violence in the bedroom is normal and accepted....completely blurs the lines of domestic violence too.
Just because you consented to sex does not mean you consented to everything and anything. |

The rough sex defence used when someone dies needs to not even be a thing. No one consents to death.
I dont know that people look at porn like this and really think it is 'normal and expected' but they certainly think they can get away with ìt, with women that may not be capable, for whatever reason, of smacking them back in the bollocks for the privilege. |
