Once in about every 3 years or so a stroke of genius comes my way. (the last one was the sailing tortoise but thats another story altogether) This time its a gym for swingers where; to join you have to commit to a certain number of hours being the "equipment" that the members go on. I'm still working on the finer details but I think there's at least a nobel prize in it for me...... |

So what are the different types of exercise going to be replaced with?
You need to work out which ones use the most energy for cardio and which ones can replace resistance training |
