I’d love a rat invader. Remember when they had squirrels in the attic on Corrie? I’d be up there squealing in delight lol

I've got a cat who is a sod.

Comes and wakes me up in the morning, tries to trip me up down the stairs, swipes at my ankles and bites me until I feed him. Then he licks thw jelly off his food and sods off out.

Why do I bother

10 years I had one of my collies, my second shadow. Irreplaceable, I still go to fill two food dishes far too often.

My old girl, another collie, shes 16, not so good on her legs as she was, sleeps a lot, but fills my life with joy.

Maybe I'm better with dogs than people...

A sausage dog called George

Had him nearly 6 years, unfortunately the boom in popularity of the dachshund has seen a huge rise in irresponsible breeding

That and prices of a pup have tripled from what I paid.

Haven't had any pets for ages now and sometimes really miss it. I'd love a cat but we live on a busy road and we are warming to the idea of getting a dog but I don't think I'm ready for such a commitment.

I treat my pets with the same regard I would my children if I had been blessed with having them. There have been times in my past where I was broke it was a choice between buying food for myself or food for my pets. I went hungry for a few days.

If I were ever in that position again I would do it in a heartbeat, without thinking about it.
