As you know from my previous thread I am working out at home and as for cardio which is very important to do everyday as we are in isolation. I have a excersize bike and I cycle about 17km a day and I walk the stairs snd I also do ashtanga yoga |

Bike, treadmill, HIIT sets but sometimes I’ll just lower the weight to nearly nothing and go for reps focusing on form and really squeeze the muscles and get the blood going |

I have a running app called Zombies Run! (I'm zombie obbssesed) and they added a free home workout part due to Covid, gives you everything you need!! Plus it's a running app so can go outside with it on your allowed daily exercise for cardio |

Garden hockey with the dogs has been a lot of fun in this lovely weather. Over the fence badminton was a miserable failure as 3 shuttlecocks got destroyed by a Jack Russell desperate to play.
PE with Joe will probably kill me.
I miss the gym. I miss the hockey girls. |

I’m alternating a walk and a run everyday. I run all the time and very rarely does anyone say hi. But now we are in lockdown everyone says hi and smiles. Love it |

Skipping is a good one.
I have hypermobility and fallen arches so I prefer to do either dumbbell (low weight) or body weight circuits. Jogging or running destroys me. |

I tend not to do cardio other than 2-3 decent long slow runs each week, more for relaxation and building stamina than fitness. I have used a standing desk for the last few years so burn 5x the calories and build my core that way |
