It's like when you were 14 and got dumped, you wake up and for a split second all is well and then suddenly you remember

It's proper shit ain't it. Worst thing for me is not being able to get out and about. Don't have a car and busses are for essential travel only so I can only walk places and my area is pretty shit :/

I've never known anything like it. I just hope as few people perish as possible and the economy survives.

Had a proper "moment" last night when the severity of this situation hit me. It didn't hit me in my head, I've KNOWN since the start just how catastrophic things are right now, but tonight I FELT it. I didn't just say the words I could easily lose my own life or someone I know could lose theirs. I felt the fear that brings.

Sending you hugs P xx

I’m trying not to think about it, 90% of the people I know are holed up and rarely going outside for exercise, soon take that as a positive

The people I fear for, are those I know that deal with it everyday in the nhs, supermarkets, etc. We check in everyday say hi, make them smile after a long shift.

Got to try and stay positive or else it will drive you nuts xx

My biggest worry at the moment is my parents are on the guarding list mums got copd and stepdad is a cancer survivor, I work in clinical waste so not only am I a key worker I'm high exposure to it, and tomorrow after work I've to go do them some shopping and collect my stepdad meds. Theres going to be some very vigorous hand washing and sanitizing going on before I do that.
