Im pretty much in bed by 10pm most nights and always up around 6am.
even if im not tired i find i do this. Do you have a set routine or do you just go with the flow and see what happens.
Ps its freezing in my bed and if theres any hunky men available to offer themselves kindly as a hot water bottle id appriciate it

yes i do.
workout in the early hours of the morning.
eat every 4 hours if possible.
but when it comes to sleeping i prefer to do this during the day.
my body clock has always kept me up at night. |

i would LOVE to have a routine, but my work means its impossible.
i start work anytime of the day or night, which means i dont have a set bedtime, or mealtime.
then on days off im so tired i still dont eat properly, sometimes going all ya with nothing to eat, then having a big tea, not sleeping well, and getting up way too early, only to be very tired for work the next day.
its shite! |

My body clock works very efficiently even if I am late to bed, always wake up at 7.29 just before my alarm, stomach rumbling and looking forward to breakfast and new day! |
