If you are/or was someone who was involved in interviewing and hiring and you realised you new the person from fab whether you have met them, spoke to them or just seen there profile, would this influence your decision on hiring?

Not at all, but I wouldn't disclose that I knew the person from here as that would alert him/her that I also use the site.
