Morning you wonderful people of fab, now is the time to show what you are made of.
Its going to be tough and hard, but we can pull through this together.
We have to do the right thing, keep ourselves and our families safe.
Cabin fever will set in but it has to been done.
We have each other, don't be shy in asking for help and support.
Reach out to other's.
My inbox is open and I know most of my friends will be too, so if you are alone and need to talk we are here for you.

Don’t worry! Just follow the advice and keep in your own space! Exercise once a day preferably not at peak times! If your a key worker like me eat properly, sleep and exercise to maximise long term fitness for the job! |

Keep safe everyone! Please follow the advice that’s been set! Remember police, emergency services don’t want to be out and about anymore than they have too!
Key workers need everyone to adhere to the information so they can keep going as it’s now a critical situation!
Please think of them before yourselves because they are risking everything just to keep others safe! |

Good morning PP, good morning fellow lovely fab people.
PP is right we will get through this as best we can. It will be tough but here is a great place to escape from the realities of life and chat to friends. Chat to people that you have seen on the forums but never spoken to.
I am always happy to chat with any of you if it helps. I will be at home for 12 weeks so will be about for anyone that needs an ear or a virtual hug.

Morning, I'm a key worker, so I'm lucky? To be out and occupied, I cant believe how many people are still out and about shopping etc. Going to be a strange time ahead, my first 3 calls for today are all closed and I suspect most of the rest will be too. |
