I’ve been housebound since January, as no care provision, and I’m not allowed any music or the tv on as my autistic daughter is noise sensitive- so already sat for 3 months in silence! At least you can watch the tv, lol. Admittedly I do have a nervous tic and have forgotten how to converse with people, but it’s doable.
You can do this! Get a hobby- not necessarily one related to your genitals as that will make you even more frustrated, lol x

OP.
Oh dear! You're stir crazy now? You have to adjust or soon, the two guys in white, with that long sleeved jacket that ties at the back will take you away to a padded room!
Look around you. Check the Internet for ideas.
There's plenty of stuff on TV, just open your mind, it's not just Footie on there!
1. I've set about decluttering.
2. Set up a daily exercise routine.
3. Started listening to the Radio far more than I used to.
4. Bought some puzzle books - keep the brain active.
5. Speak to people online or in messaging or just phoning them.
6. Engage with elderly relatives via twice a day Check-in texts to ensure they're ok and coping. Amazingly, I've heard some good anecdotes with that!
There is a whole world out there other than solely on FAB.
Open your mind!

I do find it absolutely sad and a sign of the times that anyone can be bored! I have worked from home for years and don't even have a tv but never been bored!
Stop thinking/behaving as if you're bored for a start, except that this is going to be for weeks and get over it! Take responsibility for yourself, as opposed to expecting others o fill your time! Come on people let's just crack on with this! I know I'll come out of this way fitter and healthier than at the start! |

How can you possibly be bored when the Internet exists.
Plenty of things to read up on, learn about or aquire new skills, streaming services, computer games, endless music, chat rooms,
Do a clear out of junk in your home. Do a deep clean of your home. Set up a mini gym. Prepare meals for the week. Write a book.
Activities are numerous. |

I would have thought, given your username, self isolation would be your thing. Meditating helps |

"Your right but you try spending more than a week with man Friday!!!!! "
I walk at least 8 miles every day (in training for 25 miles/day)! If a lockdown happens (or gales where I live!) I can still run 6 miles around my sofa! Just get over it ... |
