Iv just watched Andrea Bocelli serenading Leicester City fans at the King Power Stadium when they won the Prem ! It makes me cry but with happiness as it was a wonderful day and i was there watching my team

If it makes you happy that's fantastic, music can take you through all the emotions

Depends, there are certain songs and albums that have dragged me through some of my darkest hours but theres no single genre or song that cheers me up, it all depends on what has got me down to start with. X

Something that's a pure cheesefest

Maroon 5 - Sugar

And Pulp - Common People for the singalong factor.

The Cure - Friday I'm In Love for belting out and smiling.

It's strange because music is so subjective the song that brings you up one day can quite easily drag you down the next, it's a minefield

Lots of great choices

I play the Stereophonics a lot, especially Mr. & Mrs Smith. We have seen them live about 9 times and they are brilliant

I totally agree with you, Littlest Hobo! Some of the most significant albums in my life have been utterly depressing Doom Metal albums but at that particular time they served their purpose in keeping my head above water. Sometimes the band, song or album that’ll stop me wanting to headbutt someone could be the very material that would drive me to it the next day. I used to go to sleep listening to Death Metal but when I’m pissed off Bar Heavy Hip Hop can calm me down. Totally depends on the mood and what has caused it.

Under the Duvet

Me and the child had a dance off in the hall to We Are Family this morning...did the trick, got the blood pumping and made us laugh.

Was definitely needed.
