You can meet people as long as both don't have it and your not in groups people have not listen to what government saying no groups that why places closed but shops open parks open etc |

You must have, otherwise you may not know you bloody have it. Hence social distancing.
Hence everything fucking shutting coz people are too thick and selfish to stop and think about their actions and the knock on effects.
