Come on i think we all know the score, white bread tastes nicest but brown bread is better for us lol

I've been eating wholemeal for around 2 years now and i wouldn't go back to white. But a fresh uncut loaf of white beats any brown bread for taste IMO.

BTW after trying loads of wholemeal i think Hovis do the best one

add more water to make it wetter, use olive oil and put a tin off water in the bottom of the over == perfect moist loaf
