So this totally random thread and out blue, but I've exhausted all avenues so here we go.
I work in care sector, as support worker, and nearly 6 weeks ago was suspended due to a colleague (who I don't get on with) made a malicious allegation against me (which is untrue).
I put in a counter greivance because of this, and with investigation obviously being held up due to coronavirus I am left in limbo, and wanting to get out there and do my bit!!
Because I am still being investigated, I am unable to seek alternative employment in care sector. I am at wits end and restless with not working past six weeks, but given situation country is in, is making me worse, as I know I am a great support worker and should be out there doing my bit... Anyone work in care, or any union reps? |
