Gosh I really do hate it when I have moments of extreme overthinking, when it get that bad that you really don’t know what the heck you’re doing or if somethings right for you

How do you deal with overthinking a situation.

I go to the beach and chill for an hour, that tends to refocus my mind and I can push forward.

I think being isolated at home hasn’t helped.

The gym usually helps but I’ve not been able to go this week.

Hey why not do so.e gym at home?

Check youtube for some routines, I know it's not as social but it may help.

Or have a facetime with a mate and do some gym.

Aww hug back Hun,

Didn’t realise how depressing it can get self-isolating.

Makes you think twice about how people did/do it in times that are a million times worse in war torn countries or even in the uk during world war 2

At least we still have home luxuries. (I’m trying to think positively)

For me I take a deep breath through the nose hold for a moment let it out slowly out through the mouth saying are fuckeit as I x Hale and let the problem go as I exhale and com back to it later with a clear head

Go for a walk. Keeping your distance from others doesnt mean you cant get some exercise

Morning Gobster! Write down a list of any part of what you’re overthinking and use it as a solution checklist. Take each one and solve it so you can tick it off. Always see the positives and remain optimistic. You can get through it all and keep smiling
