I've not yet managed to get wireless earphones and fear getting tangled in the wired ones so tend to go with whatever the gym is pumping out which is usually dance tracks I've never heard of....but there was one time when they had a selection of stuff like Green Day, Foo Fighters, My Chemical Romance, Kaiser Chiefs etc - which was probably the hardest I worked myself at the gym |

Adam Lambert’s album For Your Entertainment has to be my all time favourite. The beat and drive of the songs are perfect for cardio and weights.
Sadly I won’t be in the gym again until this is blown over. Walking and home workouts will have to suffice. |

I was in the gym yesterday, it was dead. Less people there than at home |
