With all the madness going on many will need others help. It may be someone to check on you if you have nobody, it may be you have anxiety and need a comforting chat , a friend or simply someone to drop essentials if you cant leave kids alone at home etc
If those who can help leave a message saying that they are willing to help then perhaps at some point someone will feel desperate enough to need this.
