So, was supposed to be just a quiet chilled night last night, but had a mini, impromptu celebration for personal reasons that don't need to go into. But we ended up stopping up till half 3 ish, in the kitchen dancing and singing (dogs joined in) and apparently I rocked a rendition of "All around the World" by the chili peppers to wake up partners narcoleptic daughter (she was really not impressed).
But it was a really good laugh, and totally out of the blue. How many others have had a nice little spontaneous shindig, night out, getaway or date and found it to be better than many "planned" nights out etc.. |
