All the firms, Sky, BT, etc, have already put out a statement, that they aren't going to offer refunds.
They are hoping that things get back underway quickly, and that they can reschedule things. |

Yes that's what I meant. I cancelled my sky sports part yesterday. I'll put it back on again if the football ever comes back! |

Raise a complaint with them if unresolved to your satisfaction after 6-8 weeks take it to the ombidsman I did this with sky after their error they took £350 direct debit our of my account, It took me 8wks in total but I was refunded every single penny, if the obidsman has to step in Sky are automatically fined £500 so it's in their interest to sort your complaint before it gets that far, as it's only £100 they're hoping you'll just 'go away' |
