Books by Nancy Friday she was a liberated writer. Some chapters of her books aren't to everyone's tastes but can skip what doesn't appeal. I've read several of hers but not all, one day I may do. My secret garden is probably her most shocking and open minded book at the time of publishing. |

I remember being on holiday in Cornwall when I was a teenager, so long ago, and I picked up a book called The Pearl. I think it was fake Victorian erotica but it was the best thing Id read upto that point, I wanked myself silly to it. |
