When I have people round its nice to sit and have a chat after we've had our play but some people just seem to stay too long and I'm too polite.
What tips and tricks do you have to tell people it's time to leave without offending them? |

Over the roundabout and then turn right. |
They are probably also being polite by avoiding "play and run".
Although we don't accommodate it seems that shortly after play something along the lines of "Would you like a cuppa before you go?" would enable them to leave without feeling bad as it suggests you are not expecting them to stay long.

Tell them you're calling it a night/or have something to be getting on with, would they like a drink/cuppa before they go, if they dont get the subtle hint then its straight to the point of asking them to leave sharpish.

Cry. They'll probably find it so awkward they leave, if they don't just tell them you need toilet roll to wipe your tears, they'll be gone for hours trying to find some and you can just lock the doors. |

Ask them to be the father of your baby but they must look after the little one until it is eighteen did I hear the front door shut? |

If bad jokes are the catalyst; I'm gone with a minute |

Tell them beforehand that you have something arranged the next morning, and that you have to be in bed by............
If you like them and want them to stay past that time you could say that whatever it was had been cancelled. |

When i rarely accommodated i used to say “you’ll have to go now”.
My diplomatic skills are almost as good as Boris Johnson’s
Then i’d get a bit fidgety if they didn’t start moving to leave asap. |

"I was referring to sex meets. You can come tomorrow but as soon as the bad jokes start you can fuck off " just ask them to leave; that's what I do. I'm pretty sure they don't get offended. After all, everyone has had what they wanted. |
