I have been known to wear them every now and again 
I have always put my knickers over the top of them.
But I noticed a lot of ladies wearing on top of the knickers.
What's your point of view.
And before guys say over because it's easy to remove knickers etc.
Am just being nosy on how people wear them x

So if I have no intention of taking them fully off I go for under the knickers but for “fun” times. They go over for practicality reasons.
Pretty sure they are originally made to go over the knickers? |

The same as high heel shoes frilly blouses and pink all where for men till women pinched them lol |

Knickers should always be worn on top of suspender belts. I started wearing them at aged 15 discovering 50s rock n roll music and importantly the fashion which included stockings and suspenders.
Besides, if you wore knickers under the belt, going to the loo would be difficult..
