Ouch, I can sympathise. I used to work in a factory that made the insulation for fridges etc my skin was awful with the splinters. I’ve no tips to help sorry x |

Try some allergy tablets to help stop the itch, or some anti itch cream, such as Lanacane or Anthisan.
If you need to scratch it, try pinching the skin instead - has similar effects but wont damage the skin and will hopefully help with the itch/scratch cycle.

Ok, so I’ve used half a roll of gaffa tape and it’s defiantly lessened the itch

I was tempted to do some pictures of me covered in silver tape and see how it did with the fabs  |

Thanks. Could do with a neck massage as I’ve been in the corners of the attic all day (8am til 10pm) banging nails into joist hangers. Lost count of how many times I’ve hit my head.  |
