Me! What type very much varies. Some days I fancy something very sweet, other days something fruity or zingy.

I do love carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. A really rich chocolate cake can be hard to beat.

Hummingbird cake is possibly my favourite.

I obviously like ALL the cakes - and my favourite one depends on my mood.
