Me! What type very much varies. Some days I fancy something very sweet, other days something fruity or zingy.
I do love carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. A really rich chocolate cake can be hard to beat.
Hummingbird cake is possibly my favourite.

Oh no I need cake now!
It would help my lurgy - medicinal cake 
I obviously like ALL the cakes - and my favourite one depends on my mood.
Right now I'd like one of those melty warm chocolate cakes with hot chocolate sauce and double cream

The classic Victoria Sponge cake takes pole position. Followed closely by Carrot Cake and in third place Guinness cake which is spectacular washed down with a mocha. |
