Bloody annoying, my lower eyelid has decided to go on like it is having a seizure for about 4hrs now. Good job I am not in a club, would look like I am winking at everyone

Often it's caused by magnesium deficiency. Take some magnesium supplements.

It can also be a Vit D or Vit B12 deficiency.

I had this, I became veggie about 9months ago and I had this. I take B12 now

My hand spasms every time someone says stupid things to me

Mostly it's the middle finger popping up.

How do I stop this?

To suggest someone to take vitamins and minerals during winter months is not a medical advice - it's common sense.

Still need to see a medical qualified professional even taking vitamins so they don't coincide with other meds.

It's called blepharospasm, and more often than not is caused by mag deficiency, so pp was correct. Doesn't matter if you already supplement, you could still be deficient.
