It has always been bothering me, the three shells mystery in Demolition Man. So I looked it up one day, and apparently they are supposed to work as 'dials'. The Toilet has an incorporated "Bidet" and the shells are the levers/dials that operated the pressure, type of spray (focused, wider, angled, multi-directional etc) and temperature of the water, as well as the drying features. That was Sandra Bullock's explanation. |
