Do you change your bedding?
I've just read on Facebook people saying they do it 3 times a week. I feel like a filthy bitch 
So how often do you do yours? |

Twice a week. Love the feeling of clean sheets and I have a cleaner who does it.
Although it’s twice already this week as I came home to find my bull mastiff asleep in my bed as she’s figured out how to unlock the child gate. |

Once a week but it depends. Sometimes it can be three times a week - I'll change it on Saturday, change it again on Tuesday for someone coming round, change it again on Wednesday after they've gone, but then it may be the following Saturday (so 10 days) before it's changed again. |

Depends if I have had to take one for the team... if I have they are done the next morning... but as standard usually fortnightly. |

Once a week. I've definitely not got time to be doing it more than that |

I remember back then I was constantly changing it.
I feel a bit terrible that my teenage sons is less often every 2-3 weeks as I just won't go in his room so it's when he strips it off for me. |

It was on a Mrs hinch group...the woman on it are cleaning addicts. They are stepford wifes and just make me feel like a lazy slut  |

A couple of times a week. It kind of depends on if I feel like it needs a good wash because we've been... well, doing that. I like airing the rooms out and cleaning all the bedding at the same time so it's all fresh and nice. |

Every Friday on my day off I usually do my cleaning which involves stripping all the beds.
It’s only me in the bed and I’m not particularly sweaty or nothing.
Three times a week I’d say they have too much time on their hands or they sweat profusely. |
