I've just seen that one of the greatest men alive , Ricky Gervais , has had to say goodbye to his beloved moggy Ollie after 17 years.
I know some of you wont care , and that's fine , but hes devastated, losing a pet ( imo ) is every bit as upsetting as losing a family member.
I've loved seeing his pics of their adventures together .
RIP OLLIE |

Putting his comedy aside (I'm indifferent, neither a fan not a hater) his efforts for animals is extremely commendable. Losing a pet is one thing, losing a loved family pet is another. It's even more so for somebody who has empathy for animals. |

Hubby can't have another dog. Still hurts he lost his gsd/dane Cross 17 years ago. When we got together I was finally able to have a black cat. Now we have two. Whoever says cats can't be as affectionate as dogs obviously didn't have the right cat. We will be devastated when "that" day comes. |
