one of those days, where you just feel out of sorts, for no real reason, when you wanna go somewhere and scream and shout.

if a friend asks if your ok, you almost burst into tears,

what do you do to pick up your mood?

Depends on whether I feel more angry or more sad. In case of angry I go for a good work out at the gym and a swim. In case of sad I go with the flow, allow myself to be miserable for the evening and havea treat in the shape of a nice meal, some wine and chocolate. Alternatively a nice massage. Works for me!

Stressed ... that is so right

Things add up over time and all of sudden you just get to the point where you need to jump up and down and have a good cry and rant xx

stressed and depression are quite commonly misdiagnosed

a good scream does wonders.

a good sex session also will work

or a wii session boxing works well to get te aggression out

my life is and has been for the last few years, one crisis after another, to the point if something doesn't go wrong or a family member isnt on the phone asking for help, then I worry something is wrong but no more stress at the moment then before , in fact things are to a point the best they have been for a few months.

is there a sound proof room in the lounge? lol

Absolutely nothing wrong with that - takes a man to admit to this and I hope you feel a bit better for it

Siren often accuses me of being apathetic as I don't react to things that other people might let get to them. I've tried to explain that if I feel I can't change something I don't fret over it but she sees that as holding back or holding something in. I think to be as laid back as I am one needs to be a little bit selfish, which in itself is not a good trait, but it's saved me from a shed load of grief in the past.

I think my gravestone will probably have on it:

Here's lies Wishy.

Oh well.

Big hugs Cute - all of us react emotionally at times to things that are really petty and not worth it. Perhaps when you're not so emotional you will be able to sort things for the better with a clear head.

Yes most of this weekend I was feeling like that. I was very irritable to those around me, I just felt low. New week though and I got a new job today so onwards and upwards.
