what makes you happy sometimes its the simplest things.
Like me Villa staying up (WIN) big smile on my face
and text message that i wasn't expecting but brought a smile to my face 
so what things bring a smile to your face  |

just looking outta my kitchen window every morning makes me happy....have the most wonderful view, and, despite all of life problems, it makes me feel great every time I gaze out |

Seeing my sons face light up as he sees me walk through the door
Walking along a deserted beach listening to the waves
The first taste of a cold beer on a warm day after a long week at work
My bus actually being on time
There's loads but they all seem to be the little things in life |

When my little ones wrap their arms around me for no reason, and just say they love me.
When Master smiles at me, or runs his fingers across my face..
A text I wasnt expecting at that precise moment I was feeling down..
Seeing the sun shining through my window when I wake.
The thrill of driving a car as it was intended..
The sound of a nice engine as I thrash it..
A song I havent heard in a while that brings back happy memories.

Waking up every morning and find myself still alive
Fresh air and the great outdoors
The pets licking their faces as if to say "thank you mummy" after eating their food
The purring sound made by the cat when she is happy and content
The dog having a snooze next to me on the sofa
The dog running next to the bike when we are out together
A job well-done at work
etc. etc., plus many more life's simple pleasures, most of which are free!

Cooking and eating good food
Driving my car
A warm winter sun on my face
The sound of rain hitting against the tent canvas
Watching a thunderstorm from the porch of my tent, and fresh smell of ozone in the air afterwards
Dawn chorus
Spring lamb and piglets bouncing about
etc. etc...
Easily pleased here, I know!

Driving along on my way to work, listening to my fav radio station and finding they are playing a favourite tune.
Happy people generally make me happy.
Being able to make somebody else happy, even if only temporarily.
I am lucky in that I am quite a content sort of person, not bothered about material things really - except for nice shoes |
