Manchester (she/her)

Car just smashed through my front fence. GMP were here within ten minutes.

I'm fine, just... yeah, that doesn't happen every day.

Usually they stay on the road and hit each other.

Fence is fucked. I live in an apartment block though, so I called it in to the hotline.

Enough of that shite on here!

I rubber necked out the window. It's cold and wet. The driver didn't want to deal with the cops but the car is fucked and they couldn't get it out.

The only reason not to want to deal with the cops is because you shouldn't have driven your car through a fence! Dodgy!

I heard rather than saw the crash, but suspect that the driver sped through a nearby intersection from what I heard.

"Hope the fence is fixable

How the frigging hell did you do that

How can you not see the fence?"

I suspect went through the intersection at speed and lost control.

Could be worse? My dad had a body dumped on the property next door. He gave the guy (dumper, not dumpee) a ride home even.

What? Wait? Did your dad know that the person had dumped a cadaver on his land before offering the lift?

He most definitely did not. I was on the phone with him at the time dumper arrived at his doorstep, so was called by the sheriff for info as to time and details. Never got called to testify, alas.
