Having taken a glance at OP's profile, I would imagine that he doesn't send message and is instead hoping that he will get responses to winks.
Unfortunately OP, a lot of users on fab simply ignore winks.
I've lost count of how many times I've been winked at, only to send a message back and then be completely ignored.
Think of it another way OP, try and put yourself in a womans position for a moment.
You've just logged into fab and found over 100 messages in your inbox all from men showing an interest in you. All from men actually trying to engage with you. You go through them, deleting the ones you're not interested in and focusing on the ones that you are.
Why would you then bother to look at winks, then visit a profile that then expects you to write a message?
This is why many consider winks to be lazy.
