I loved Hungry Hippos, haven't played it for years but from my memory I think just spam the leaver and just hope you swallow all the balls, now I'm thinking inappropriately = Oooops =]]]~

There's a "JAWS" board game, that's pretty good.

The taskmaster game is excellent too, even better, I'd imagine, if slightly d*unk!

Monopoly is ghastly, and completely misses the point the person who invented it intended.

I prefer more Euro-style games, or games with a social deduction element like Resistance.
