Some say that i'm quarrelsome even to the point of it being a bit of a character flaw. I see it as simply standing up for what i believe is right.
Just recently my argumentative nature has got me out of having to fit new locks to the windows and doors for our home insurance, got me a 10% pay rise when i was only offered 3%, forced the pet insurers to cough up following a rather expensive emergency operation on our dog and seen two planning applications in our street rejected. How can that be a bad thing? |

"That could also describe someone who is good at negotiating and putting their point of view across. "
Exactly, there's a gulf of difference between someone who's assertive when others are taking liberties and someone who always wants to argue for the sake of it. |

"It is i think when people become argumentative for the sake of it
Otherwise if it works carry on.
I used to work with a bloke who would argue the toss about anything with everyone "
I can do that too. |
